• Return and Refund Policy  


The following policy governs all transactions. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges, accepts, and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein.  


 1. All Sales Final  

- All sales are strictly final. This applies to all items, including but not limited to pre-made and pre-order products.  

- Due to the unique and handmade nature of certain products, the Company does not permit, under any circumstances, the return, exchange, or refund of purchased goods.  


2. Shipping Costs  

- All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.  

- The customer assumes full responsibility for all shipping charges associated with their order.  


3. Delivery Timeline  

- Products will be shipped and delivered within the timeframe indicated in the product description.  

- While the Company endeavors to adhere to specified timelines, delivery delays may occur. In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to notify the customer in a timely manner.  

- The Company shall not be held liable for delays in delivery caused by carriers, manufacturers, or circumstances beyond its control.  


4. Pre-Made Products and Manufacturer Restrictions  

- All products offered are pre-made and sourced directly from third-party manufacturers or warehouses.  

- Returns or exchanges cannot and will not be accepted or processed for these items.  

- Certain manufacturers or brands may impose additional restrictions. Customers are responsible for reviewing all applicable terms prior to purchase.

5. Customer Responsibility  

- Customers are solely responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, specifications, and details prior to completing a purchase.  

- By submitting an order, the customer expressly consents to and accepts this policy in its entirety.  

- No exceptions, modifications, or alterations to this policy will be made under any circumstances.  


6. Limitation of Liability  

- The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to:  

  - errors in product descriptions,  

  - delays in order fulfillment or delivery,  

  - or the use or inability to use any product purchased.  

- The customer assumes all risks associated with the purchase, ownership, and use of products.
